About Docflo
We started Docflo because, for most CA firms in India, collecting paperwork — and the chasing that comes with it — still eats the first ten days of every month.
Spend a morning in a small CA office before the 11th and you will see it: articles calling clients one after another for purchase bills, partners scrolling through WhatsApp to find last month's bank statement, and a spreadsheet on someone's desktop that is supposed to show who is pending. The actual tax work is the easy part.
Large practice-management suites try to fix this by changing how the whole firm works. Most firms with one to ten people do not want that. They want the documents to arrive, labelled and complete, with less effort from everyone — including the client, who will keep using WhatsApp whatever anyone says.
So we built Docflo to do one job well:
- send each client a clear list of what is needed,
- accept documents the way clients already send them,
- work out what each document is and file it in the right place, and
- keep reminding politely, in the client's language, until everything is in.
It should take ten minutes to set up and no training to use. If it does not, we have not done our job — tell us at our contact page.
