Do my clients need to install an app?
No. Clients either send documents on WhatsApp as they do today, or open a secure link on their phone and upload. There is nothing to install and no password to remember.
Which WhatsApp number do messages come from?
Your firm's own number. You can connect the official WhatsApp Business API, or link your existing WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web works.
How does Docflo know which document is which?
Each file is read and identified automatically — bank statement, purchase bill, Form 16 and so on — along with the month it belongs to. Anything Docflo is unsure about goes to a review tab where your staff confirm it in one click.
Is my clients' data safe?
Files are encrypted at rest and in transit, every download link expires in minutes, and each firm's data is fully isolated. Sensitive numbers like PAN and Aadhaar are masked before any automated reading.
Can I use Docflo without WhatsApp?
Yes. Every request comes with a secure upload link that can be sent by email or SMS, and reminders can go by email.
